Merry Christmas

And this my dear blog readers will be my final post of the year. I am off for a well deserved break and wish you a festive holiday season amongst your family and friends.

I will leave you with an image from an as-of-yet ‘unblogged’ recent maternity session. I love this image for its sentiment of happiness and anticipation and hope it leaves you too with a smile on your face, looking forward to a great 2012!

And while we are talking about 2012, I am currently already taking bookings for February and March. I have two dates left in February, contact me about details!

A day out

I met this family at the Guarapiranga lake for their session on a sunny but quite chilly November day and I have to hand it to the two lovely boys – they were very good sports! They sure defrosted once we started feeding carrots to the horses. Pedro, I still owe you M&Ms! I have not forgotten!:)

The family wall

During my first visit to this client’s house I noticed their family wall. In a perfect location with great simple framing it displays professionally taken black & white pictures of the family, children and parents over the years. Something like this – if done coherently and professionally – adds a great element to a family home. In this case, with the black & white candids, it also looks fun and classy at the same time. I cannot wait to see how the wall will look with the new black & white portraits below added!
Now if you excuse me, I am off to take some pictures of my kids to start our own family wall!

Two very lucky boys

When you look at these pictures, do you see what I see? I see two cute twin boys who are adored by their family. If I had to sum these two sweeties up in a word I’d say: Lucky!
